Wes did a great Job helping me sell the house that I grew up in! It was a bitter-sweet time for me but Wes was very supportive with guiding me through the process. He was always quick to answer/respond any time I reached out with a question or concern. In the near future I'm planning to sell my current house to relocate and will definitely go with Wes again to help with that sale.
Wes did an excellent job of putting our house on the market at a very good price and after only 2 weeks we got an offer that we accepted. It was a special type of financing and while it buyers were a little slow on doing their part we were impressed with how Wes kept after them and even thought settlement Wes put off several times he was able to push the deal through and got us our money. We are very pleased with his part in the whole deal.
