Wendy was truly amazing in helping me find a home during what was probably one of the most difficult times as a Buyer in recent memory. She really went above and beyond for me. This was my first home and I was looking for something very specific in a time where Buyers have almost NO leverage. Wendy was incredible at answering all of my questions(of which there were A LOT) and she was extremely responsive to all forms of communication. When it came to actually visiting the homes and making an offer she was top notch as well. She knew how important it was to get out to a property quickly and to put in a strong offer ASAP. She used all of her expertise, knowledge and connections to give me the best possible shot at each property we viewed. Most importantly, throughout this entire process, I truly felt like she had MY best interests at heart and I never once thought otherwise. She could have easily pushed me along and tried to get something done quickly but she did not do that, and like I said, buyers were DESPERATE. We passed on quite a few places that weren't right for me even when it started to feel like we should just take whatever we can get. I'm extremely grateful to have found Wendy and I couldn't recommend her more highly.
