I met Wendy though a friend and immediately was impressed by both her knowlege of the industry and what needed to be done to sell my property. She gathered a significant amount of data and created an excellent marketing campaign for the property. Her efforts were rewarded by an offer turned "sale" at the very first showing. All this occurred during the peak of the virus pandemic in spring of 2020. I cannot applaud her skills and professionalism sufficiently.
