It all started from working with a realtor that I didn’t care for much at all. I was in a pinch and needed to look at six houses by the weekend. I put an ask out on Facebook, and Wendy answered. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I sent over the six houses that I wanted to look at, and Wendy sent me a handful of houses back. As a first time home buyer, I had very limited knowledge about how the whole process worked. When I first sat down with Wendy, I'd already previously met with my mortgage lender, who had provided me with a basic overview from the financial side. While Wendy was not aware of the information I'd been given already, she brought a full overview package of paperwork that we reviewed briefly during our conversation and she then gave me to review at home. The information Wendy provided both confirmed and filled in additional detail about the process, proving to be very helpful in giving me a heads up of what to expect as I moved forward. As the search began in earnest, I reviewed the emails I received from the search she set up as well as listings on the major listing sites to target various properties. While I knew I could not possibly be Wendy's only client, she always made me feel, at least in some ways, like I was, taking the time to answer questions and getting showings set up quickly (and sometimes on the fly while we were out looking at other properties already). Her flexibility with my scheduling limitations proved to be a godsend and allowed me the chance to view multiple properties in (sometimes) a very short timespan on a given day. Wendy's personality and approach to the job at hand made it easy for me to work with her. Her knowledge of the process put me at ease as I first narrowed down my search and then as I navigated the actual purchase of my new home. She made this rookie feel far more confident throughout the process than I ever could have imagined. Should I need to move locally in the future, I will absolutely work with her again. I have also already actively recommended her to folks and will continue to do so to anyone I hear is looking for a property. She does excellent work. Five stars, indeed.
House sold promptly with many offers. Priced fair and that is the reason for so many offers. If Wendy didn't know the answer to question, she would quickly find out.

Wendy helped me and my wife purchase a new home while we were living out of state.
