Wendy helped the reviewer sell this property

There is only one problem: there is no 6 star!!

Wendy was the best realtor we have ever had period!! And that is saying a lot since we have sold close to 15 homes in the last 50+ years! She was not just a realtor. She became a good friend who invested her time and her vast real estate background in making our home selling experience a joy. She was with us the entire time even when she knew our neighbor situation had become very problematic! She got us through some tough situations and never let us down. She even helped us sell much of the furniture in our home that we left behind. Wendy always answered our calls as soon as possible. She would keep us up to date on the marketing news and home price issues in the Santa Maria area. There’s not much more to say except that my wife and I were extremely fortunate to have acquired Wendy Teixeira as our Real estate agent.
