We were downsizing and our house had been vacant and on the market for months before we turned it over to Wendy. We had lived there for 39 years and loved the neighborhood. Within a short time and after spirited negotiation, we accepted a price with minimum conditions and a short escrow. There were snags in the escrow which were not the making of Wendy's team or escrow's actions.
