Adaptable, patient, extremely professional, and supremely knowledgeable!

Due to relocations, we were looking for out 7th home to buy. Based on reviews and interviews of several agents, we chose to work with Wendy Taylor and could not be happier with the results. Wendy did exactly as we asked and when we couldn't find the "unicorn" we wanted for our forever home, she helped us expand our search criteria. During previous relocations we had looked at as many as 30 houses in a two or three day period and settled for best available, often over our stated price point. With this search, we looked at fewer houses over a longer period and finally found a sanctuary to live in. Throughout the process, Wendy was always on point and kept us moving ahead. She was extremely patient when my wife and I were communicating different messages to her and easily adapted to our changing ideas as we became more familiar with the area during the search. Her knowledge of the area and of the unique (to us) buying "traditions" in the are were indispensable. She clearly communicated the requirements and the reasons behind them. All of this speaks to her as the ultimate professional!
