We first contacted Wendy Taylor several years before we were ready to sell to ask some questions related to remodeling and future sale of the house. She came over with her handyman and we got excellent advice which she refused to take any payment for. Later her handyman had his crew fix some problems that occurred due to the renovations. We next contacted her last January to talk about when to sell the house, what repairs, etc. to do. Again she brought her handyman who ended up doing a number of repairs. Since then she has been incredibly helpful in answering large and small questions and giving excellent advice as to what to do and not do. Her extensive experience has been really helpful in this regard. When the house did not sell right away, she worked very hard and had four open houses.
