We feel exceptionally fortunate to have engaged Wendy Rushing as our realtor for the sale of our home in Las Vegas. We met Wendy on a bike ride around our community by happenstance. She was accompanying a home inspector on a property under contract. We liked our interaction with her, so we added her to the list of potential realtors to interview prior to making a selection. While we had a well-known realtor living in our community, we wanted to be sure that we selected the right person. When we started the financial pre-approval process, we were given the advice by our mortgage broker friend that you need to feel very comfortable with your selected agent. During the interview, we found Wendy to be very positive, extremely helpful in providing information and did not pressure us in any way to work with her or her company. After the interviews, we were convinced that we could work well together…and she did not let us down! Wendy guided us on how to stage the home (depersonalize and declutter) and had a very talented and professional photographer take pictures for the MLS Listing. We had several offers within days of list. And were elated beyond belief! You see we had already purchased a home and wanted to sell our property quickly. Wendy was on top of the escrow process and the home was sold so that we could vacate in accordance with the moving schedule. Wendy never sleeps! A call or text was always responded to within a reasonable time. She is very good about focusing on her client and will turn off her phone to give you her undivided attention. Bottom line…We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends in Las Vegas. We don't think Wendy could have been a better realtor representing us.
