My mother was recovering from heart surgery in a rehab facility and ended up contracting COVID-19 and passing away in early May 2020. My diabled sister, who has congestive heart failure among other complications from diabetes, had been living with my mother for the last two years of her life. Anyone would agree that routine business dealings during the COVID-19 pandemic have been difficult. Trying to coordinate all of the tasks surrounding a death, clear-out / sale of my mother’s property, and housing for my disabled sister during the pandemic was quite overwhelming. I was concerned that 20 years of neglect in my mother’s property left the condo looking tired and unappealing. Wendy’s simple strategy of selling the condo “as is” took an incredible amount of stress away. When the condominium complex landscaper accidentally damaged the front door to the unit, Wendy Rocca stepped in and dealt with its repair without even bothering me about it.
