Wendy & Michael are great to work with. They helped us find and close on our retirement home in less than 2 months from start to finish...and we did the whole thing remotely. The team is very responsive and helpful in answering any questions about the process. They help with more than just the listings and the offer, they helped get us through tricky negotiations as well as the mortgage and insurance steps as well. They connected us to good people all the way and helped with extras like the utility companies. We felt comfortable that they had our best interest at heart.
