Amazing Agent!

I picked Wendy and her team to assist me in purchasing a home in Rotonda West Florida based on her awesome reviews from previous clients. She did not disappoint! The local knowledge we received was right on target, and proved invaluable to our home hunt. Once we selected our top choice, Wendy jumped into action, communicating with the listing agent and helping advise us on our offer. Her expertise resulted in landing our dream Florida home for $25k under asking price! Her savvy negotiating skills even convinced the sellers to include a washer and dryer in our purchase.
