Wendy is very knowledgeable of the local market and helped guide us through the current unprecedented times we are in. She is professional and has experience that is unmatched in the area. This is the third transaction we have conducted with Wendy and we would highly recommend her.
It was the most wonderful experience in buying a house as a first time buyer. Wendy was amazing. She is An excellent realtor always there when you need her. And answers all of your question. Very very helpful in every way.
Wendy and her team not only found our house 5 years ago and sold a house for us recently. We had a great experiences, she gave us a lot of good suggestions her true market values was spot on. With her good services we were able to get our house sold within a week with higher than asking price. Since we bought our house 5 years ago, we kept contact with her and we’re able to continue receiving housing information from her. One time during hurricane, she was able to find handyman to close hurricane shutters for us if we needed and she took pictures for us afterward. What a good after sold services! We are truly happy working with her and her team and highly recommend Wendy Reinhardt!

Wendy was very helpful in providing advice in a somewhat difficult selling situation since comparative prices were not available. She was effective in coordinating between participants in the transaction such as a property management company, a roofer. the title company among others. Also, she was always available when needed and responding promptly to any questions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with her.
Wendy was candid about how our must have list did not meet our budget. Once we aligned, she found us the home of our dreams. She was patient and there was no pressure! My husband & I listed our home with Wendy Reinhardt the last week in June and had a contract by the third week in July for our asking price. Wendy is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Wendy was always professional, easy to communicate with and truly had our best interest in mind throughout the process.
