We love Wendy! We were in a unique situation as she was our Realtor who helped us to buy a home and couple of years later sold the same house (due to relocation to another State). We had vacationed in Florida for 40 years Ft Myers/ Cape Coral area, but when we started looking for our retirement home, We decided that was a good place to vacation, but not to live. When we contacted Mike and Wendy, I told them I was interested in the area and needed someone to show me homes and give me the scoop on the area. Mike joked and said do you want a realtor or a tour guide. I said both. Wendy was all that and more. We didn’t find anything the 1st day of looking and needed to return home to Minnesota the next day. She told me to keep looking on line and if we found anything, she would personally video tape the property. Guess what, we did, and she did, she helped us with the long distance offer, the inspection, the appraisal, the title company, insurance companies.. etc We worked locally with our banker and she and her company was our liaison through it all. If it wasn’t for her and her staff we wouldn’t be spending our first day in our dream home today.

Wendy is not only a bundle of energy but more than able to "walk the walk." She was brilliant from our first meeting right through to the close. Excellent communications, great negotiating skills and a good handle on the local market. I cannot recommend her enough.

Wendy is an excellent realtor. She was very responsive to our needs. She offered opinions and was honest. She didn't make like everything was great, so I valued her opinion. I am a little opinionated and was concerned finding a good fit and Wendy was it. Even after our closing, she kept in contact and helped us secure a home warranty. When you call their agency, they don't farm you out to another employee you never met. They actually do the work.
