Wendy Pool is the best realtor in history. Ever. I've bought and sold many homes and she is by far the best. Intelligent, tough negotiator, pleasant personally, she knows the business inside and out. Wendy went way above and beyond to get me a sale price I didn't think possible. Excellent communication every step of the way...if you hire any realtor other than Wendy Pool you will regret it...I'd give ten stars if I could...
