We found Wendy to be the consummate realtor. We writers= both seniors; former owners of 2 houses= first for over 26 years; second for almost 30 years. She represented, advised and reassured two stressed seniors uprooting themselves after 30 years and transitioning to a new area, neighbors and lifestyle. Wendy was very helpful in selling the home that my son and I owned. She was very patient when we had to take the home off the market for a few months to get an insurance issue cleared up and settled. She made sure that we knew what was happening every step of the way. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Shelby area. She was great on closing date.
