Exceeded Expectations

This is the fifth house I've sold and honestly this was the best selling experience I've had. Wendy took control from day 1 and took my stress away which is more than I could've asked for as I was moving to another state during the sale. In total there were 20+ showings and 8 offers. Wendy took the time to evaluate the offers and present the best ones. The house was sold to a great family and we received $27,000 above asking price.
