Whenever I texted Wendy with a question, she answered right away. She kept us abreast of properties that would interest us, and would meet us on times that many people wouldn’t, I’m sure. During the sales process for our house she offered good advice on where, and where not to spend money on the home we were selling. The write up she did describing our home almost made me feel like I should be buying it and not selling. She got us the price we wanted on the sale of the house. Wendy also provided us with the name of a licensed Handy Man to do things we needed done, who was very competent. We also used him here in our new home. Wendy’s knowledge of the local market is spot on. Her advice on buying our new home when our first offer was turned down, hit the nail right on the head. Wendy handled every situation to get us smoothly through a property sale and a new property purchase. Her communication skills are a strong asset she possesses. I met Wendy about 15-20 years ago, when she was managing a grocery store. When she left there, I knew she would succeed in this endeavor, and I knew she would be the only call I would make, when this day came to sell our home of 50 years and find a comfortable Condo to move to. I was right. Wendy is a Champion!

I don't think Wendy ever failed to return a text message immediately after I needed help or advice. She knows what buyers want. She knows when to do something to help a home sell quickly, and when to keep from wasting money on things that won't improve the sale. She is relentless in her efforts to keeping her clients informed of everything they need to know and has a stable full of champions to turn to and offer as people to assist her customers too. We’ll start of with Wendy was more then helpful during our home buying process. We were first time home buyers and Wendy was helpful and patience with us during this process.
