She did a great job keeping us updated especially trying to sell a house while we were out of state. Would use her services again

Wendy is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional and at the same time pleasant and friendly. Wendy listed our duplex late on Saturday afternoon and sold it for list price late afternoon the next day. I would recommend Wendy to anyone seriously looking to sell their home. Thank you Wendy!

I have know Wendy for about 10 years now and have done three separate transactions with her. Wendy is very experienced and knows the local market. She truly cares about her clients and has empathy for them whether they are buyers or sellers.

Wendy was unexpectedly the best agent I could have hoped for. She was 5 steps ahead of me and asked all the right questions. She walked me through the entire process and even sat with me at the closing. I hadn't been to a closing in 20 years and so forgot most of the nuances. In a world where customer service rules ( and lately most companies provide very poor customer service), Wendy provided service above and beyond!

I found Wendy to be very knowledgeable able real estate in the area. She kept her eye on home sales in my neighborhood and priced my property appropriately. I was an out of state owner but she kept in contact with me and kept me informed I was very happy that I chose Wendy to be my agent. She was a pleasure to work with . If you want an agent who will go above and beyond to sell your home, I highly recommend her.
