Wendy has been the greatest to work with, I moved from MN to here in Texas, she helped me find the perfect home within weeks. I took her opinion and I'm so glad I did, it's perfect! She sent me videos of homes and when she found my home and we did a purchase agreement which was the easiest thing to do, Wendy helped me the whole way through, helped me make the best offer for me and the sellers. She made sure the inspection got done right away and followed up on the little repairs I asked to have fixed. She would always check in on me, she dealt with my realtor in MN so I really didn't have to worry about anything. When I arrived, I found out that day that my items wouldn't make it for weeks, she made sure I got everything I needed to live until it arrives, she gave me a couch and chair to use and made sure to even bring me breakfast and a homemade dinner. Wendy is so amazing, caring and just simply the best!
