When my wife and I first met Wendy, she seemed way out of our house’s league; almost like an agent you’d see on the Million Dollar Listing tv show. So we were worried our measly 870sf house in Richmond wouldn’t get the attention it needed to sell. Boy were we WRONG (about one of those statements). Wendy is truly a “power” agent. Absolutely the most thorough presentation, Wendy had all specifics regarding our home, neighborhood comps and a list of everything necessary to sell or home. A calendar of all events, home inspections, open house times were provided and updated as necessary. She was always available to keep us updated and answer any questions . Wonderful experience!

Top notch home sale experience with Wendy Moore I can't say enough great things about my wife and I's experience working with Wendy. It was our first home sale experience after being in our first home for about 11 years. Wendy gave fantastic advice on the key items to focus on to get the highest possible price for our home. Her market knowledge and tools she utilizes makes her an expert in this area. She also has a background in construction so she really understands what certain repairs/upgrades cost and will require from a time standpoint. She laid out a clear day-by-day marketing plan up front that was executed flawlessly. She also has a great network of reasonably priced and reliable contractors which was very helpful for us during this process.
