We would have never heard of this neighborhood without Wendy. Such an odd find and we hope to grow to love the place. She does exactly what we want even when the market is against us. Very communicative with other agents and a lovely person. It's hard to find good agents when other agents just expect you to throw money for the win/sale. Anyone can do that. Wendy played with our rules even though she's been in the game longer than we have obviously.
