Completely honest, friendly realtor
We were looking for a home in a very specific area. Found one that was a fixer upper, Wendy was very honest and openly disclosed all known issues with the home; even issues that would scare away potential buyers. She also pitched in by helping with the necessary abatement actions so the property could pass the county fire inspection. So greatful to have such an honest hard working realtor. We are very excited about our home and the future potential.
