When my partner and I were first starting to look at houses on Zillow, we had a general idea on where we wanted to start, but had no prior experience of purchasing a home. We wanted to ensure that the real estate agent we chose understood the area and was personable. Wendy went above and beyond this. With her many years of experience in this industry, she was very professional, but also warm, friendly and cared a lot about our biggest financial decision. By the end of our interactions, we were inviting her over to our first barbecue at the house (have to buy the grill first!). She had also lived in the area we were looking at for several years and knew her stuff. From vendors to local knowledge of where important things were to us (such as schools, grocery stores, etc.) , we were really happy that she was with us along our journey to finding our first forever home.
