It was a great experience working with Wendy starting with the very first conversation we had. I asked Wendy to look at a number of different properties that I had found meeting my criteria, and she was always quick to respond and get showings arranged immediately. After the interest rates had gone up significantly I had decided to hold off on making any other offers and Wendy was completely understanding and not pushy at all. After a few months my financial situation had improved so I reached back out to Wendy and she helped push through a quick closing for me even though it was during holiday season. Wendy went out of her way on several occasions to make sure everything worked out on time. I generally do not have favorable opinions of most people I encounter, but I can honestly say that I do not have a single negative thing to say about Wendy.
