We were just so impressed with Wendy's expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness. Our son and daughter-in-law recommended her as she facilitated a sale and a purchase for them in Reading. So we called and she called back immediately and came to the house and made recommendations for selling and buying a new home. Every recommendation that she made regarding the steps we should take, the contacts we should make and of course pricing and bidding wars were spot-on! She held our hands throughout the entire process at all hours of the day and night. We are in our 70s and I would have to say over 50 years of buying and selling homes in multiple states, she was by far the best realtor we ever worked with during up market and downmarket times.
