She negotiated well with agents for several potential condos, never losing her cool, and being very realistic. Wendy researched the area where I wanted to live, kept my local family informed, combed every posting (among 6500 condos), previewed all of them, gave her objective and then personal opinion (when I asked for it). She was courteous, professional, and effective in dealing with banks, other realtors, the title company, the buyers, my selling realtors, the movers, and everyone she touched. She was available on move in to remove all my empty boxes and packing materials (for another of her clients). She's TERRIFIC!
