Awesome Experience

My husband and I worked with Wendy to help us find a new house in Florida. We are moving from Massachusetts. I contacted Wendy and she helped find a few different new build communities and we looked at a bunch of them one weekend when we were down there visiting we finally ended up with a property we liked and since we were working from so far away, Wendy was our eyes on the whole process for us. we communicated a lot via text or FaceTime and this worked well since we couldn’t be there every weekend. We finally just closed on our house on March 14 and again Wendy was there every step of the way with us. She even did the final walk-throughs for us over FaceTime. I would totally recommend Wendy for any of your new house needs.
