Where to start?! House sold in 2 weeks for asking price, which was more than I had expected it to be listed for. Similar house down the street sold for $50,000 less just the month before. Another similar house was listed for $40,000 less when we got the offer. Super freindly, every question(alot) answered, set expectations and exceeded them. She was referred to me by someone she has helped in the past with amazing results. There are tons of folks out there that will list your home then wait for offers.
