What we like about Wendy is that she is a very good listener. She is interested in every thing you have to say and she became very familiar with our property. Wendy even took notes. She is truly organized and on top of her game. She communicated proactively with all the lenders, title co, venders, buyers, etc. She was always easy to get a hold of and even called regularly to see how we were doing or if we had questions.
