Wendy was great to work with! She was quick to respond to all of my texts & emails. We didn't have a huge budget to work with & she was respectful of that. When we had a glitch with our lender and the deal was about to fall through, Wendy was able to find us a 2nd mortgage company quickly and we were able to close on the house with very little delay.
