Since the early 1990’s, Wendy Johnson has developed tremendous business management skills as an Independent Business owner of several businesses. During Wendy’s Real Estate career, she was nominated for the exclusive ERA Prestigious Award and was rated in the Top 5 Realtors at ERA Jensen Realty. She left ERA and started her own Real Estate and Mortgage Company with her husband, Darrell Johnson. In 2004, as Vice President and Co-Owner of Elite Real Estate Group & Associates Mortgage, she gained experience in all areas of business development and a vast array of other skills required to operate a successful Real Estate, Mortgage and Escrow Company. Elite Real Estate Group became one of the premier black-owned Real Estate companies in the Inland Empire. Today she is excited to work not only in Real Estate, but she is the Inland Valley Branch Manager for Progressive Property Management & Partners Real Estate Group. According to Wendy, “there are many homeowners that don’t know where to turn! Many need our services, due to the nature of the real estate industry right now. I believe that Realtors need to align themselves together, with true integrity, to help those in need, to the best of our ability. By building authentic relationships that last and not reaching for the instant gratification method, we can all grow as individuals so that we all can succeed in reaching our goals, and helping our clientele.” Wendy has always believed I’m giving back to her Community. Wendy is the best ! Sold my house is a weekend when other homes in the area where standing for 200 days ! She took care of some issues I came across AND also help the buyers so we could close on time ! Very grateful. Thank you !

Professional, Very Knowledgeable and Goes the Extra Mile

My experience with Wendy Johnson has been nothing short of exceptional! Wendy has many years of real estate experience under her belt and knows how to negotiate for her client. She is very professional, positive and goes the extra mile for her clients. She listens to your needs for a home, asks questions and then delivers a list of potential homes that meets your needs. Not like most real estate agents that just do a basic search and take you all over town and most homes on the list do not meet the needs you expressed to that agent. I will be referring all my family and friends!

Wendy is an honest, hard working agent, you can't go wrong having her represent you!

Wendy is an honest, hard working agent. She will watch over your listing, keeping in touch with every agent who has shown your property, and working behind the scenes for you till it is time to discuss things with you. She will shoulder the load for your listing! She doesn't want to "give away the farm" just to get it sold! She is in "your court" the whole way!!! I have used Wendy before, so it goes without saying, I will use her again.
