Wendy goes above and beyond!!

Not only is Wendy incredible at her job, she is a wonderful person. My husband and I decided to buy our first home when our rent was raised, and knew we had to make a purchase quickly due to financial constraints. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure we were able to see every house we wanted to, and with her help we were able to find our starter home and get under contract within about 2 weeks of looking. She was also excellent at noticing things about houses we never would have, and was able to guide us away from houses that were not the right fit for us, which led us to the home we have today. Wendy was never pushy or ‘selling,’ we truly felt that she was 100% on our side and wanted to help us make the best purchase for us. As first time home buyers, there was a lot we did not know about the process, and Wendy took the time to explain and make sure we understood everything that was happening at every step of the way. Towards the end of the process, there were some issues that came up, completely through no fault or involvement of Wendy, and she could have easily passed us off to someone else to deal with the issues. But because of the great person she is, Wendy again went above and beyond to address the problems, even though, again, they were absolutely not of her doing. We completely owe the fact that we are finally able to say we are first time homeowners to Wendy and her tireless efforts working with us. We have already been recommending her to our friends who are starting the home buying process! We could not have asked for a better experience than with Wendy!
