Wendy really helped me out of a difficult situation by helping me get my rental property ready to sell after my Mother 90+ year old who was renting it fell and broke her hip and could no longer live there. She helped me get it updated and ready to go on the market and then got it sold to a nice couple in record time. I can't thank her enough for all that she did. To be honest I wasn’t even looking for a home at the time. I had just signed a new lease for a condo I was renting. Wendy told me about this home she had previewed and how it would be perfect for me. After some nudging, I went and looked at it. OMG...Wendy was right. It was PERFECT for me. Everything about it was me! Wendy was awesome handling EVERYTHING for me, making the transition seamless. That’s not to say there weren’t any hiccups, I’ve never purchased a home without a few. When something came up, Wendy jumped on it after she explained to me exactly what was going on and the course of action that needed to be taken. She is incredibly knowledgeable and proactive.
