I thought my mother was ready to sell her property in 2024. Wendy and Drew Headley prepared a Comparable Market Analysis. They showed great patience considering my mother changed her mind. They also patiently waited while we had a few more decisions to make. Once we were ready again, they did a new Comparable Market Analysis for this sale nearly two years later. We were given suggestions a to what we could do to make the house more presentable. We were kept well informed each step of the way once the house was listed.
