Wendy was recommended to us and we liked her immediately. When it comes to home buying, we can be somewhat fickle, so I wondered if Wendy would be able to navigate us through the peculiarities of our "we'll know it when we see it" home buying style. The market was much different in Fall of 2019 when we started looking for a home. Our house in Illinois wasn't selling quickly, so we were in no hurry to find a home here.
