I was looking for a one level townhouse and Wendy found one for me in a very well kept, quiet neighborhood in Coon Rapids. It is close to the Blaine area as well as Riverdale shopping center which I use both. It is about 13 miles from my church which is in Ramsey which I wanted to continue at but taking highway 10, it takes me about 15-20 minutes to get to the church. I can also use Bunker Lake Road which takes just about the same amount of time. Her professionalism was what impressed me as she handled all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. She was also very easy to contact when I had questions. I would definitely use her again but at 77 years of age, I plan to stay in this home as I really do love it here.
