We highly recommend Wendy for your Realtor needs! We originally reached out to Wendy about one of her listings in an area we had fallen in love with. Unfortunately, we were too slow and the property was already in escrow. We told Wendy if she saw anything come available in that same area to let us know. 5 months passed and we lost hope that anything would come available in this particular area in the near future. We scanned Realtor.com for new listings every few days, but not daily like we had. One evening, we received a text from Wendy saying that there was a new listing in the area and if we were still interested. First thing in the morning we placed our offer.
