Wendy is a very pleasant person

Wendy is a very pleasant person. Always responded very timely with any questions I had. Along with her husband, Art, she handled our sale very well. Where their expertise really came through was at the end when negotiations got a little stressful. I believe both of us (buyer and seller) were happy with the final outcome.
