Wendy is always on your side. When we were looking for a second home in the Kelseyville area, she took us around, spent time, explained the pros and cons of the properties. Once we narrowed down on the property, she was absolutely on it, guided us through the process and made it a very smooth and soothing experience. When we found out that my husband needed to have surgery, we knew we had to sell our house quickly and move. I called Wendy and she came over the next day! Eventhough it was was a very long drive. She sat down with us and explained everything in detail so we knew what to expect. So very professional! The day she put our house on the market, it sold! Wendy went above and beyond for us!

Wendy made the process very smooth and was very knowledgeable in the area. My only complaint is that it took too long to get the home appraised which meant we had to change our close date. We worked with a company called BOSS appraisals which was a dreadful and painful experience. They were overpriced, slow, and terrible communicators. Aside from the experience with the appraisal company working with Wendy was great!

And if she didn't have the answer or information, she got it for me. She guided me on how much to offer based on her analysis of the area, and she was always by my side looking out for my best interests - guiding me through the offer, inspection, escrow, and closing process. She even helped with recommendations on people in the area to get things done once I had the property. I highly recommend Wendy- she's competent, gives good advice -you never get the impression she's trying to sell you something just to sell, and really looks out for your best interests. If you're looking for a solid, local, no nonsense realtor who gets the job done, then she's the one.

Wendy was always there for us through the whole house-buying process. Besides ironing out a few things, I appreciated her enthusiasm for her job. She said many interesting things just about owning a home and when walking through a home with her, she knows what to point out. She knows our community well and was always very positive about everything.
