Wendy Dern

Wendy helped us with the Trust sale of our Mom's townhouse. She was looking out for us all the way. She started with the initial "staging" needed to make the the home look a bit "younger". She knew what needed to be done from a paperwork standpoint and was alwasy a step ahead so we were ready for anything that came up. She made sure the sale stayed on track once an offer was accepted and everything was done in a timely manner & correctly. We would use her again!
