In an industry that is filled with part time and half-hearted agents it was a very welcomed surprise when we discovered Wendy while looking for or new home. Her diligence in presenting homes that were spot on for what we were seeking was impressive. Most mornings I'd check my Email and see she had sent several prospects over night, sometimes at bizarre hours for a Real Estate Agent to be operating at. With each of the showings we went on, she was very prepared by already contacting the Seller's Agent to ask various questions and having print outs of the listing as well. Her communication with us, as well as the Selling Agents, was tenacious at times which impressed me immensely. Wendy would chase down the answers to our questions and wouldn't settle for brush offs from other agents. When we found our home, she had a down to earth, common sense approach to negotiations on our behalf that really made us feel that she was out there fighting for us and to acquire the best out come possible. Needless to say when we needed to sell my mother's house after her passing, Wendy was the only call we were going to make. Of course, time and time again she went out of her way and certainly above the call of duty in listing, showing, running Open House's and closing on the property as best as I could of hoped for. My opinion in dealing in the Real Estate market has always been: You don't look for a house, you look for an Agent. House's are all out there and now more than ever, easily to search On-line and anyone can see properties and create filters for focused selections. It takes way more than an address to find that “perfect home” and that involves someone like Wendy who's professionalism, diligence, straight shooting, no-nonsense approach yields as good of an experience as one can hope for during one of the major processes in life. I can't speak highly enough about Wendy and would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a serious Real Estate Agent.
