Wendy Cook helped us find a great home in the Plant City area. During our house search experience over a year we met a numerous realtors, but none of them seemed as genuine as Wendy. She was patient with us trying to determine exactly what type of home we needed/wanted over a 10 month period. She also did a great job making the whole process fun and positive even with losing out on some home bids. Wendy spent the time to research homes thoroughly before we viewed them and if she didn't have the answer she followed up with it later. Wendy is always in a positive mood, light hearted and easily laughs keeping the whole process enjoyable. When we settled on a home she brought a fantastic inspection team to ensure everything was good with the home and not just pencil whipping to get the deal done. I truly felt she had our best interest in mind throughout the process, and without a doubt is the most patient realtor in the Tampa Bay area. We will use her in the future.
