Wendy had our house under contract in 45 days at approximately 96% of the listing price. The house was built in the 1930's and we had done quite a bit of renovations. However, the location presented some challenges being near a major street and being in a transitional neighborhood. We were able to overcome the hurdles of the transaction and closed within 5 days of the original closing date. The delays were due to the buyer's lender, which was out of Wendy's control.
