Happy new buyer
Wendy helped with many showings and countless questions that we had on our purchase. I gave her information on what we were looking for (which was very specific). She spent several days viewing properties with me including spending time on the weekends showing different properties. I was always able to text or call her cell phone with questions and she was able to guide us in every step of the process. She's very familiar with Aventura and surrounding areas. Wendy's pleasant, extremely helpful and was always happy to answer any of my questions. I have to be honest....it's going to be hard not speaking to her on a regular basis as I grown attached to her and how helpful she was to me!
