Very Grateful and Lucky to Have Wendy :-)
My good friend @ A James Lynch RE, Advised me to Contact a Keller Williams broker, locally , when she was unavailable. I was given Wendy's name and Contact info by my out of State KW broker. I was anxious @ working with someone unfamiliar, but , any Anxiety quickly faded . I think this is 5th home purchase and I rate the Experience as the Best ! Wendy is Uniquely Experienced and Familiar with Local sales and purchases -- Along with Boston area and Merrimack Valley. I felt like I had an Awesome Professional and a New friend. I am Especially Grateful to Wendy for her, Extra Effort to make things easier on me ,as I have to deal with a ♿ . I was very Lucky to Meet Wendy Baez, I can't thank her, enough.
