It may seem that most just give 5 stars for the sake of doing it. In this case 5 star service is exactly what we got from Wendy Amato! We were living in California and trying to relocate to Atlanta all during the coronavirus pandemic! We never would have been able to find a home let alone negotiate a closing without Wendy! So patient, knowledgeable and thorough, she took us on a 7 hour journey across the city showing us various areas and this was before we even started house hunting. We returned months later to a binder with all the printed listings that we would be seeing. I love being organized and this hit a cord with me! We didn't just look at houses but spent time evaluating them...interior and exterior conditions, neighborhood and comparable discussions. The best was when Wendy actually went into a crawl space of a home because she suspected water damage and found it! There was a major water issue with the house and we were able to avoid an issue down the road. Timing was crucial because we needed to relocate across country and didn't have much time to do it. We closed at the end of March 2020 but didn't move in until early May. Wendy worked with the home builder to make sure all items on the inspection report were addressed, checked on the house multiple times after the closing, and kept in touch with us until we moved in. What an absolute delight to work with her! I have had other home buying experiences but this by far was the best thanks to Wendy Amato!
