Well, I thought long and hard about each of the ratings for Wendi; knowledge, expertise, responsiveness, & negotiation skills, so please don't think i just chose 5 stars in a knee-jerk way. if I had more time, i'd explain the 5th star for each category, but be advised that Wendi's presence, attitude, support, skills, and knowledge are all top-notch--and Zillow might want to consider expanding their review categories to include "attitude," because it seems to underpin so many other intangible qualities that an owner would want in an agent that is representing them and their property to sell. Navigating the current financial system, given the uncertainties of recent years, requires a certain degree of expertise: poor decisions can have long-lasting consequences, a lesson i luckily learned the easy way. Wendi counseled me about the nature of our complex real estate market; the impact of the fiscal crisis, the changing nature of banking practices, housing-seeking consumers, and more throughout the process. It always checked-out and reflected the contemporary understanding of others whom i also know working within this field. Wendi always had our backs, she could read the differences between buyers, potential buyers, serious buyers, and others, and always stood up for us, and our property, ultimately landing a solid and worthy buyer. Selling a cherished property can be uncomfortable, and I think Wendi understands this fact. She offered more than just real-estate service--she also gave us confidence, established a 'team-like' effort, and led us through all the emotional and financial ups and downs inherent in large financial transactions with professionalism, poise, and confidence. Could. Not. Be. Happier.
