In short, Tommy and Wendi are fantastic and I highly recommend them for any of your realtor needs. In full, we were looking to sell our existing home and purchase a new construction in 2021. We initially reached out to Tommy and Wendi in December of 2020 (through a referral) to start the planning process. We signed our new construction contract in Jan of 2021 with the expectation of a late summer/early fall move in. We never expected the wild ride we were about to embark upon because of Covid, supply chain issues and an uncommunicative builder. We finally sold our current home in March of 2022 and moved into the new construction home in April of 2022. Throughout this 16 month process Tommy and Wendi were always there for us. They were available any time we called or texted and helped us keep our sanity. They are patient (I can't count the number of times we had to vent about the builder), knowledgeable and honest. They provided great guidance with all aspects of our sale, purchase, move and everything in between. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely use them again in the future.
