I can’t say enough about Wendi. We live 3 hours away, so she helped us find places to tour, when we were in town. While we were in town, we found a neighborhood we really liked. She alerted us, when a home opened in that area and helped us as we decided to make an offer. She worked with us through the offer process and acceptance. She continued to work with us by finding a contractor that did some work we wanted on the home and advised us on suggestions based on the area. She met delivery people at the house as appliances were being delivered. She met with the contractor, took pictures to update us, and then posted the home as a rental. She executed the rental application process and credit review. After accepting renters, she walked us through the setup of the lease and how to collect payments. She has been instrumental in getting our house ready, on the market and rented extremely quickly. She continues to be available to answer questions and is always available. I would use Wendi again and would love to find realtors in other markets with her commitment.
